I always get asked what I love doing most in the salon, behind the chair.
I think I just found the answer.
It’s when a client commits to a look. A vibe. Something that really feels like them.
When the haircut and colour work together to create something cohesive and effortless.
Then they come in regularly to maintain it, and every time, it gets a little better.
It evolves over time. It changes with the seasons. Maybe we make it a little warmer, a little brighter, a little deeper. Maybe the haircut shifts slightly to complement where their hair is at.
But at its core, we’re always working with their natural colour, rather than fighting against it.
It’s different variations of the same look, but the essence never really changes.
And watching that evolve over time—seeing the haircut and colour become more and more theirs…
It’s a beautiful, beautiful thing .

I get asked a lot if I do blondes. The answer is yes.
I just don’t post them as much because I spent years doing a LOT of blonde and eventually wanted to explore other shades and techniques too.
But I’ll always love creating a really beautiful blonde; especially one that grows out naturally and still looks good months later.
I’m big on enhancing what’s already there, keeping the hair healthy, and creating colour that actually works for the person wearing it.
So yes, blondes are very much on the menu. 🤍
