October PSA: 📣 check those benefits and get your RMT appointments booked before the year gets away from you. 👀
And a little reminder for the RMTs out there, too - when you’re doing something you genuinely love, are passionate about, and pour your heart into, people notice. They find you. They tell their friends. They want to experience what you’re creating. 🥹💛
Yesterday was a pretty sweet reminder of that for me. Feeling very grateful for this little community of mine. 🫶🏼
Cold + flu season tip from your RMT 🫶🏼
At this point, my body content is approximately 90% oregano oil and optimism. 😂
But honestly, staying well isn’t linear for anyone. It’s the food you’re eating, your sleep, your habits, what you’re putting into your body, how you’re moving, and how you’re caring for yourself.
And I think we sometimes forget that stress and emotions matter too. Holding onto stress, constantly running on empty, and not giving yourself space to regulate can absolutely affect how you feel physically.
Massage therapy can be one small piece of that bigger picture, helping you slow down, regulate your nervous system, release some physical tension, breathe a little deeper, and actually give your body a chance to rest.
It’s not one magic thing. Your body appreciates layers of care, not just one hero ingredient. 🌿🧡
…although I will continue to be 90% oregano oil this season. 😂
What’s your go to tip to keep colds at bay this season? I want to know! 👇🏻

Your body’s been filming a reality show and honestly? The ratings are high. 📺
🎬 Behind the scenes (aka the tea):
Upper traps: the muscles between your shoulder blades called in sick, so these guys picked up extra shifts. That’s why your shoulders are living by your ears. They’re not dramatic, they’re exhausted.
Low back: your hip flexors sat all day, your glutes went on mute, and your low back got stuck mediating a fight it didn’t start. Classic.
Jaw: stress needed somewhere to go and your jaw said “I got it.” Now it’s clenching through emails, traffic, and apparently your sleep. 🙃
Scalenes: these little side-of-neck muscles are meant to be backup breathers. But with shallow, chest-first breathing, they got promoted to full-time. Nobody asked them to. They just stayed.
Nobody’s the villain here.
Everyone’s just been working overtime. 🤍
Which episode is airing in your body right now? 👀 Tell me below. Season 2 is casting.

A little peek behind the scenes from your massage therapist’s POV 😂
Some things are worth knowing before you climb on my table. Some are serious, some are very much not 😂
At the end of the day, my goal is for you to feel comfortable, safe, supported and like you can fully be yourself in my treatment room. No judgment, no expectations, no need to have your life perfectly together before you walk through the door. 🫶🏻
And yes… there are a few things I’m going to lovingly call you out on. 😂
Swipe through 👉🏻 and tell me which one made you laugh.

September has a way of reminding us just how much our kids have going on. 🤍
Back to school. New routines. Practices, games, homework, early mornings, busy weekends… and for some kids, big goals they’re working hard to achieve.
We spend so much time teaching our kids to work hard, show up, push themselves and reach their goals.
But there’s another lesson I think is just as important:
Taking care of your body is part of the goal, too.
Their bodies are growing, developing and constantly adapting to everything they’re asking of them. Learning to recognize tension, listen to their bodies, make time to rest and take care of themselves is something they can carry with them long beyond childhood.
Massage can be one small part of that - whether they’re a young athlete, a busy student, or simply a kid navigating a very full September.
Because success isn’t just about how much we can accomplish.
It’s also about learning how to take care of the body that gets us there. 🤍.
