Livity Massage
The essense of Livity is the realization that an energy or life-force, exists within, and flows through, all people and all living things.
Through a combination of thai and ayurvedic techniques, Livity Massage works with that energy flow.

Pause. Reflect. Be grateful. Set your intention. Follow it with action.
There is something medicine can’t prescribe.
Quiet.
The kind that isn’t empty, but quietly healing.
Full of birdsong.
Wind through the trees.
Tiny hands reaching for flowers.
Bread baking in the oven.
A baby breathing peacefully against your chest.
We spend so much of our lives in a state of constant stimulation that moments like these become unfamiliar.
But perhaps they’re what our bodies have been asking for all along.
Whether it’s a walk through the forest, an hour on the massage table, or a slow afternoon with the people you love, these moments are vital.
Because sometimes, what we need most isn’t to do more.
It’s to finally feel safe enough to simply be. 🤍
Your touch was never the problem. 🤍
From the moment your baby is born, the opinions begin.
“Don’t hold him so much.”
“You’ll spoil him.”
“He needs to learn.”
Somehow we live in a world where advice comes before actual support.
But here’s something worth holding onto…
Before your baby understood words,
they understood touch.
Your heartbeat.
Your warmth.
Your embrace.
Touch is one of the very first languages we ever learn.
It was how we felt safe then.
And, if we’re honest, it’s still how we feel safe now.
Touch isn’t weakness.
It’s regulation.
It’s connection.
It’s how our nervous system remembers that we don’t have to carry everything alone.
Maybe that’s why massage can feel so healing.
Not because it “fixes” us.
But because, for an hour, through touch, someone takes care of the person who spends all day taking care of everyone else.
So if everyone has an opinion…
Trust the one that matters most.
Yours.
Your instincts knew your baby long before anyone else’s advice did.
And don’t forget something else:
The same healing touch you’re so naturally drawn to offer your baby…
You deserve it too. 🤍
Why the rush? 💛
Everything takes longer now.
Getting dressed.
Leaving the house.
Shopping.
Cooking.
Eating.
Having a shower.
Even answering a text.
At first, I found myself fighting it.
Trying to hurry.
Trying to multitask.
Trying to squeeze life back into the pace I was used to.
And the harder I pushed, the more exhausted I became.
Then I started wondering…
What if slowing down isn’t the problem?
What if it’s the lesson?
Maybe this season isn’t asking us to become more efficient.
Maybe it’s asking us to become more present.
To notice the tiny hand wrapped around our finger.
To breathe while they feed.
To accept that today’s to-do list might stay half-finished.
Because babies don’t care how productive we are.
They simply ask us to be there.
And maybe, for this short, fleeting chapter, that is enough.
One feed.
One cuddle.
One load of laundry.
One walk.
One step at a time.
💛
As someone who cares for postpartum women, I see this every day.
We often try to “bounce back,” while motherhood is quietly inviting us to slow down instead.
Maybe healing begins the moment we stop resisting the pace of this season.
Because one day, we’ll realize these weren’t the days we fell behind.
They were the days we were exactly where we needed to be.

The Village Behind My Journey 🤍
Pilates
📍 sohostudio.ch - Geneva
If you know me, you know I’m not exactly someone who likes « gentle workouts ».
Give me jiu-jitsu, weight training, a challenge, a good sweat… and I’m happy.
In fact, I first turned to Pilates years ago after a knee injury from jiu-jitsu. At the time, I saw it as rehabilitation rather than a workout.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
What I discovered was a practice that challenged me in a completely different way. It taught me control, stability, alignment, and how to engage muscles I had neglected.
Over the years, Pilates became one of my greatest allies—not only for recovering from injuries, but also for building strength, improving body awareness, and creating a more solid foundation for everything else.
Then came pregnancy.
Pilates accompanied me throughout my pregnancy, helping me stay strong, mobile, and connected to my body as it changed.
And now, postpartum, it has once again become one of my closest allies as I rebuild my core, regain strength, and reconnect with my body after birth.
It’s one of those practices I underestimated at first, only to discover that it would become a constant companion through so many different stages of life. 🤍
A huge thank you to Soho Studio, and especially to , for the care, attention and expertise she brings to every session ☀️✨
And thank you for making it possible for me to come back with Leandro by my side. Being able to continue moving, rebuilding my strength and prioritising my recovery without having to be away from my baby is something I’m incredibly grateful for. 🤍

Motherhood is made of thousands of little movements, repeated over and over again.
Holding.
Feeding.
Rocking.
Carrying.
Comforting.
Individually, they may seem small.
Together, they place extraordinary demands on a woman’s body.
That’s why postpartum care isn’t simply about making time for yourself.
It’s about helping the body recover, release the tension that quietly builds through the everyday movements of motherhood, and adapt to one of the greatest transitions of a woman’s life.
Because when a mother feels more comfortable in her body, everything else can feel just a little lighter. 💛

This photo was taken during this week’s heatwave 🥵☀️
37°C outside, while baby and I spent most of the day in a cool, dark room with the shutters closed, breastfeeding a way more often than usual to keep him hydrated and as comfortable as possible.
To all the mamas navigating these hot days… how are you managing? 😅💛

A new chapter for Livity Wellness 🤎
Over the past few years, my work has naturally evolved.
What began as a general massage practice gradually became something much more focused. Through my studies, my clinical experience, and my own personal journey, I found myself increasingly drawn to supporting women through every stage of life.
Women’s bodies are constantly changing—through stress, hormonal shifts, pregnancy, postpartum, recovery, and the many transitions that often go unseen.
These experiences deserve care that is thoughtful, specialised, and deeply personalised.
From today, Livity Wellness will be dedicated exclusively to women’s health and wellbeing.
My treatments will continue to include therapeutic massage, pregnancy massage, postpartum care, lymphatic drainage, and Kobido facial massage, all guided by the same philosophy that has always shaped my practice: to provide personalised care that is tailored to your story, your body, and your needs in the present moment.
To everyone who has been part of this journey so far…thank you! ✨ Your support has shaped Livity Wellness into what it is today, and I’m incredibly grateful.
I’m so excited to welcome you into this new chapter.
My appointment book (on OneDoc) will be opening soon for August bookings… stay tuned! 🤍
With gratitude,
Albane

The Village Behind My Journey. 🤍
People often ask me for recommendations. So I thought I’d start sharing my personal address book—the people I’ve personally turned to, trusted, and recommended over the years.
⬇️
It took us almost two years to get pregnant.
Along the way, we experienced a miscarriage (something I believe we should talk about more openly), countless questions, moments of hope, frustration, and a lot of searching for answers.
One name kept coming up over and over again: Dr. D**g.
I started seeing him in the months leading up to my pregnancy. Was acupuncture the reason I became pregnant? I honestly don’t know. Fertility is rarely about one thing. I believe it’s often the result of many pieces coming together.
One thing I do know is that people constantly told me to “just let go.”
And if you’ve been trying to conceive, you know how difficult that advice can be.
Every month brings another cycle, another wait, another reminder. Letting go isn’t always realistic.
And I certainly didn’t let go. I’m definitely not someone who easily gives up control 😅
Dr. D**g was one of several practitioners who supported me during that chapter of my life.
Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing the names of people who crossed my path and made a difference along the way—whether through fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum.
Not as a list of miracles or guarantees, but simply as part of my own experience.
Because fertility, pregnancy, and motherhood are journeys that are rarely meant to be walked alone. 🤍
Ps. Don’t hesitate to send me a DM for more information.
