Vertex N G3, Built for Real-World Conditions.

First up: Challenge 01 — Extreme Heat. ☀️

Under intense heat, high module temperatures combined with partial shading can increase the risk of hotspots, putting additional pressure on performance and reliability.

Vertex N G3 is designed to help address these challenges. With a temperature coefficient as low as -0.26%/°C, its quarter-cut cell design and optimized circuit help reduce the risk of hotspot-related failures under partial shading.

Its three-part junction box enhances fault isolation and higher heat dissipation, supporting more stable operation in high-temperature conditions.

Keeping performance steady, even when temperatures rise. ☀️

Challenge 01: Cleared. ✅

Why Choose Between Looks and Performance? 🖤

On residential rooftops, solar modules become part of the home’s exterior, making visual integration an important consideration.

Vertex S+ G3 features a uniform all-black appearance, enabled by its full-screen design and high-density interconnection, creating a clean, seamless look with no visible cell gaps.

But the design goes beyond aesthetics. By maximising the module’s active area, the full-screen design also supports higher power density, making better use of limited roof space.

☀️ All-black aesthetics, with rooftop performance to match.

☀️ Innovation goes beyond products — it’s also about turning research into real-world engineering value.

At Trinasolar, we work with universities and research institutions to explore technical challenges and bring research closer to practical applications.

One example is TrinaTracker’s collaboration with the Instituto Universitario “Ignacio Da Riva” (IDR/UPM), part of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, the latest work focuses on the validation of the short-row Vanguard 2P configuration. It explores how reducing tracker length affects aerodynamic performance and structural behaviour, and how these insights can support practical engineering development.

What would you delete for a cleaner future? 🌍

This World Cleanup Day, we’re looking beyond waste itself — and at the everyday habits behind it.

If you could hit “delete” on just one, what would you choose: plastic waste, single-use habits, overconsumption, excess packaging, or energy waste?

Every smarter choice can help reduce waste and make better use of materials, resources and energy. When it comes to energy, using it more efficiently and supporting the shift to cleaner energy can also contribute to a more sustainable future.

Delete waste. Use resources better.

Less Power Loss, Even Under Extreme Heat. ☀️

In high-temperature environments, module surface temperatures can rise above 65°C. Extreme heat can put solar modules to the test, with higher temperatures leading to greater power losses and affecting energy generation.

With a temperature coefficient as low as -0.26%/°C, Vertex N G3 helps minimise temperature-related power losses as temperatures rise.

Its quartercut cell design enables a lower operating temperature than conventional half-cut modules, while reducing internal heat loss by 75%.
