I-Relax Massages

Your body is more connected than you might think.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), meridians are seen as pathways through which Qi, your vital energy, flows throughout the body.

When this flow becomes blocked or disrupted, TCM associates this with imbalance and complaints such as tension, stiffness, fatigue, stress or a general feeling that your body isn’t quite at ease.

During a Meridian Massage, specific meridians and pressure points are stimulated with the intention of releasing these blockages and encouraging the Qi to flow more freely again.

The massage combines this traditional approach with physical touch to help the body relax, release tension and restore a greater sense of balance. 💜

Because sometimes it’s not just about where you feel the tension, but about looking at the body as a whole.

Stress doesn’t always show up where you expect it. 💜

Clenching your jaw, tightness around your temples, headaches or a stiff neck can all be signs that your body is holding onto tension.

During your massage, let us know where you feel it most. We can give those areas the extra attention they need. ✨

Are you experiencing any specific aches or discomfort? Let us know. We’re happy to listen and give your body the care and attention it needs. 💜
