I have extensive experience with contact sports - as a player (now retired), pitch side support (training and matchday) and pre/post therapy with both the codes of rugby from grassroots to RAF Inter Services and local teams. My services have also been required by athletes completing marathons and competing in Triathlon and Ironman events, footballers and those who are in pain from poor posture or non-sport related injury or lifestyle.
