We were so happy to welcome Thalia Charalambous, a Cyprus half-marathon runner, to Helen Spa for some well-deserved recovery care. 🙏

After struggling with an injury for almost 3 years, the journey back hasn’t been easy. But Thalia keeps moving forward — step by step, getting stronger, returning to running and cycling again. 🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️🔥

Recovery takes patience, consistency and a strong mind. We’re happy to be a small part of her journey and hopefully we’ll soon see her back on the starting line, running proudly in Cyprus again! 🇨🇾🏅

What an absolute pleasure welcoming Dexter Casey to Helen Spa & Wellness Center! 🙏

Dexter is a former UK boxer and Karate champion with some serious fighting history behind him. His journey even took him to Japan, where he stepped into combat with Valentijn Overeem, brother of legendary fighter Alistair Overeem. 🇯🇵🥊💥

So yes… this man knows a thing or two about PAIN! 😂💪

But today there were no boxing gloves, no kicks and no referee…

Just Dexter vs. Helen Spa Reflexology! 🦶🤣

He came in for some well-deserved reflexology and shoulder treatment after all those years of training, fighting and pushing his body to the limit.

🥊 Boxing? He survived.
🥋 Karate? He conquered.
🇯🇵 Fighting in Japan? Been there.

Big sister arrived with little sister and announced:

“FULL manicure & pedicure for both of us. MY TREAT!” 😎💳

Little sister: 😍😍😍
Then suddenly remembered…
“Ummm… does Mum know about this?” 😳😂

🚨 EVERYTHING STOPPED.
No polish. No filing. Nobody move. 🤣

📞 CALL MUM IMMEDIATELY!

A few tense moments later…

MUM SAID YES!!! ✅🤣🎉

You would think they had just received permission to go to Ibiza for a week! 😂😂

And just like that, little sister had her FIRST EVER nail experience! 💅🥹

From that moment:
“THIS COLOUR!”
“No… THAT colour!”
“Wait… maybe THIS one!”
“Let me see yours!”
“OMG LOOK AT MINE!!” 🤣🤣🤣

Two sisters.
20 fingers.
20 toes.
Approximately 6,000 smiles. 😂❤️

Big sister paid the bill like a boss 😎💳
Little sister left feeling like a princess 👸💅
And Mum accidentally opened a very expensive new chapter in her daughter’s life. 🤣🤣🤣

Sorry Mum… once they discover nails, there’s no going back! 😂💅❤️

✈️ Friendship Airlines has officially landed… destination: Helen Spa! 😂💕

One bestie flies in from the UK. 🇬🇧
The other is waiting in sunny Cyprus. 🇨🇾

You’d think after months apart they’d miss the beach first…

Nope. 😅

Their first mission every year is:
✔️ Hug each other.
✔️ Talk non-stop.
✔️ Book Helen Spa.
✔️ Continue talking through the entire massage! 🤣

This is their second annual “friendship maintenance service,” and we’re starting to think Helen Spa is becoming their official reunion headquarters! ❤️

Our therapists tried to count how many times they laughed…
They gave up after 237. 😂
