Psychedelic Breath

I never had a plan to create a breathwork method - and yet I built a global breathwork brand - here is what I learnt:
When the idea to PSYCHEDELIC BREATH met me in a meditation, the message I received did not say: “breathwork” - it said: “You will develop a practice that will lead many people into their Inner Knowing,”

What I had asked before the message came was:
“Why am I here? How can I be of service with who I am?”

And that actually was something that I have been asking for more than four decades.
I felt this persistent Knowing . that there was more inside of me that wanted to be shared.

That search took me to through many stations within my life:
→ A diploma in psychology
→ Careers in leadership development and brand strategy
→ Years of yoga, meditation, and spiritual philosophy

And then - in 2017, PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®️ was born through an altered states where I received an answer.

Today, I witness my 500+ certified teachers inspiring purpose within their students in studios, companies, and festivals worldwide.

There was never a business plan but a strong form of guidance. My inner one.

On this path of 9 years turning PSYCHEDELIC BREATH into a global breathwork tribe and brand, I learnt a looooot of what it means to move from facilitating to building a conscious business.

Spoiler: it is not enough to just teach breathwork to create a sustainable income from it.

After teaching breathwork for 9 years and building a conscious business with it, I now realize that there is one thing separating the teachers who can live from what they do from those who struggle. It has nothing to do with how good their sessions are.

So, it is not about talent. And also not about experience.
