She asked for an owl for her grandmother.
She used to have a garden full of datura, a scent that still brings her back, every time.
We added cracks that grow like branches.
And an eye, for her daughter on the front, and for her son and husband on the back of the arm.

A tattoo is not only a design.

That’s why for me tattooing is never just aesthetic, but an experience shred between body, artist and space.

A Kintsugi session is inspired by the Japanese philosophy of embracing transformation rather then hiding it.
During the session I follow the natural lines and movements of the body, creating a freehand tattoo that highlights connection, evolution and personal growth.
