A first step can mean to take a blank new page, to let go of something holding you back and so many more things… it can be rather simple. Even an ending can be a beginning, the most important is having the courage to face a moment with presence and for what it is.

This moon has been nothing short of spectacular and accompanying my husband’s birthday ☀️

The biggest celebration of every day is this adventure called being alive. Even if you don’t know the details of the next chapter yet, find beauty in each moment to enjoy and be yourself 🪩

Don’t wait till the end, atrévete ✌️

New Moon in Virgo coming up 🌑 reflecting what simple habit could pour more love into my daily life and have a positive impact, I found the following: to really recognize the beautiful feedback I receive and write it down for myself. Usually I never feel like something is good enough. When I reach something I’ve been working very hard for I hardly recognize it for myself, usually I just move on to the next goal. I decided to pause and really soak it in and give myself at least the chance to see and understand the positive impact of my work. Like any other freelancer, sometimes I am going through very tough times. This is what keeps me going + a very heartfelt love for what I do and seeing so many people happier than I have found them ☀️ also, this is a reminder to speak out compliments directly to the person, it can go a very long way, especially in some particular moments of someone getting up every day, doing the best they can, no matter what, sometimes against all odds. A genuine smile on any humans face is a huge win, for everyone 🫶 let’s lift each other up ✨

HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY DON CONREAUX ☀️ Eternally grateful 🎶 Thanks for transmitting so much and at the same time leaving enough space for my own interpretation and development 🪩 This picture is from my first training in person in 2018 after having met your style and teaching through my very first gong teacher Vani Levi already in 2015 on the other side of the world. Even after all these years of practice, I still keep finding deeper understanding of your extensive teachings and reflecting on the many quotes you provided to accompany our ways ✨ I still absolutely value your liberated and at the same time very profound approach to gongs and gong playing. The Training for teaching gong playing to others might be among those who have most paved my personal way in gong playing so far and I am incredibly proud and grateful to start teaching the 20th edition of my course for gong playing exactly this weekend. However, I have a feeling some of the other contents I learned are still waiting their moment to see the light even more, as everything keeps forming and aligning in all these years. Sitting in your trainings gave me this feeling of being in a cheerful place where the whimsical and magical might just be normal. For me, a very happy place on Earth which gave me a lot of hope. I wish you the very very best and that these sparks of magic, together with beauty in sound will keep lighting up our lives and beautiful blue pearl planet and beyond ☀️ Thank you, thank you, thank you - have an amazing celebration after all these decades of such dedicated work! @ Don Conreaux
