There is no wrong step in Love’s geography,
Only the sweet stumbling toward Truth,
The gentle listening to what your being whispers:
“I hunger for this touch, I thirst for that aliveness.”

In this dance, you do not find yourself —
You remember who you never stopped being.

There are moments in life where gratitude overflows, and this time on Necker Island is definitely one of them. Surrounded by these incredible human beings, I’m reminded that the journey of growth is made beautiful by the companions we choose.

Each person in this photo has shown me that openness, serenity, and joy aren’t just aspirational concepts but living practices we can embody every day. The laughter we’ve shared under these thatched roofs, with stars above and ocean all around, feels like pure magic.

Special thanks to my dear friend Pia Isabel - your invitation has taken me places I never imagined. From the moment you extended your hand, you’ve led me to experiences that have already secured their place in my “death bed memories.” The beauty of Necker Island is stunning, but it pales in comparison to the beauty of the connections we’ve formed.

As we stand together in this tropical paradise, I’m overwhelmed with appreciation for how each of you approaches life with such authentic presence. Thank you for showing me that the true practice isn’t just in the work we do, but in how we show up for each other with open hearts.

Words cannot capture the profound gratitude I feel for the opportunity to teach on Necker Island, Sir Richard Branson’s sacred slice of paradise.
As the morning light danced across the Caribbean waters, our yoga practice became something transcendent - not just poses on mats, but souls connecting with nature’s grandeur. Each breath shared in this open pavilion, where the boundary between human creation and natural beauty dissolves, reminded us of life’s extraordinary gifts.
To guide practice in this space where ocean meets sky, where inspiration flows as freely as the breeze, has been the highest privilege of my teaching journey. The energy of this island - wild yet peaceful, luxurious yet grounded - created the perfect sanctuary for transformation.
My deepest thanks to and the whole team and of course Sir Richard and staff for creating a place where mindfulness and magnificence coexist, and to every beautiful spirit who joined me on the mat, allowing vulnerability and strength to flow together like the tides below us.
Some experiences change you forever. Teaching here, watching hearts and arms open to this breathtaking horizon, is one I’ll carry in my soul always.
