Superhero Yoga

Yoga in Berlin for prospective Superheroes! Yoga can be a helpful and loving companion which makes us stronger from the inside and outside. En-joy!
Superhero Yoga is what I'm practising in my life and on my mat (and in my dreams). And it is what I teach. Becoming our own private Superhero empowers us to live by our own beliefs and take full responsibility of our lives. Discover your essence and live out your true nature! (Actually it is Sivananda Yoga what I'm teaching, but for me Sivananda is clearly a Superhero.) Send me a Private Message if you like to try out a Yoga class. Maybe you and some friends want to share. Locations for Yoga: living rooms, parks, offices, gyms and anywhere with even ground (in Berlin). Fee: 60.-€ alltogether (in case of smashup there will be a way)
I also teach Yoga classes on donation basis in the parks of Berlin in summer. I will post every such event here. :)
My classes are held in German, but I also speak English Yogish. Much love
Natty
