We are the body.
There is no separation, Mind is Body and body is mind. Emotions are the body in movement and vice versa.
Intrinsic training is training the body that we are, it's knowing oneself, intrinsic intentions, accepting oneself, meditating about it; Creating change or staying the same as long as you are not hurting yourself or others.
Making self awarded decisions.
Keep moving, keep breathing.
