Some ingredients don’t need much explaining — just a quick look at where they come from. 🌲
Wild lingonberries grow slowly in Nordic forests, shaped by cooler climates and long summer days. That’s what gives them their naturally bold, tart flavor — and the plant compounds they’re known for.
No farming shortcuts, no extras added. Just berries, picked where they naturally thrive.
Sometimes the origin says it all.

Detox isn’t always as smooth as it sounds. Sometimes, as your body starts to process and eliminate unwanted substances like heavy metals, you might notice unexpected signals — from low energy to changes in digestion.
These reactions can feel confusing, but they’re often part of a bigger picture. Understanding them can help you support your body in a more informed, balanced way.

A small spoon, doing quite a lot. 🖤
Blackcurrant powder is naturally rich in vitamin C and anthocyanins — the compounds behind that deep color and bold, slightly tart flavor.
Because it’s concentrated, you don’t need much. A teaspoon can completely shift a smoothie.
The easiest one to remember:
• 1 banana
• 1 handful frozen berries
• 1 tsp blackcurrant powder
• 1 cup milk (or plant-based)
Blend. That’s it.
Works every time.

Our three musketeers of fiber!
Wild blueberry, wild cranberry, and blackcurrant — all naturally high in dietary fiber, because they’re made from the whole berry.
Why does that matter? Fiber plays a quiet but essential role: it supports digestion, helps feed your gut bacteria, and contributes to feeling full and balanced throughout the day.
Most of us don’t get enough — which is where small additions like these can make a real difference.
One spoon, three berries, a bit more balance!

Strawberries… just without the season. 🍓
This powder is made from freeze-dried strawberries only — no added sugar, no carriers, nothing refined out. Just the whole berry, gently dried and ground.
Which is also why it doesn’t fully dissolve in water. Real strawberries contain fiber and pulp, and those don’t disappear — they stay suspended. If it dissolved completely, it would mean those parts (and a good portion of the nutrition) had been removed.
So yes, a little texture in your glass = a good sign.

Fiber doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s just a spoon in your morning yogurt. 🌾
Flaxseed is one of those quietly useful ingredients — rich in fiber, easy to add, and (when milled properly) it blends in without taking over.
Cold-milling helps keep the texture fine and the nutrients intact, which is why it mixes smoothly instead of turning into something… less appealing after a few minutes.
Simple habit, noticeable difference.

A small berry detail worth knowing: wild and cultivated berries aren’t quite the same. 🫐🍒
Wild blueberries and lingonberries grow slowly in northern forests, dealing with cooler temperatures and long daylight hours. That tends to push them to produce more of their natural protective compounds — the ones we now talk about as antioxidants and polyphenols.
Which is also why they’re smaller, more intense in flavor, and… a little less predictable than the neat rows you see on farms.
Nothing added, nothing adjusted — just berries shaped by their environment.

Cranberries have a reputation: too tart for kids. 🍒
And yes — on their own, they can be quite sharp. But that doesn’t mean they don’t belong on a kid’s plate.
A simple trick: use cranberry powder in things that already have natural sweetness — smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal. You get the vitamin C and polyphenols, without the “too sour” moment.
Same berry, just a friendlier introduction.

Fun fact: flaxseed has been part of human diets for over 5,000 years — even the ancient Egyptians valued it for its health benefits. 🌾
One detail that matters today: how it’s processed.
Regular ground flaxseed is often milled at higher speeds, which can create heat and affect sensitive nutrients.
Cold-milled flaxseed (like ours) is processed more gently, helping preserve its natural omega-3s and freshness.
Same seed — different treatment, different outcome.

Berry powder sounds simple — just berries, dried and ground. But once you look closer, there’s quite a bit that can change what ends up in your spoon.
From how the berries are grown, to whether the whole fruit is used, to the way they’re processed — each step affects the final quality, flavor, and nutritional value.
So if you’re adding berry powder to your daily routine, it’s worth knowing what separates a truly good one from the rest.
