واحد من الأسباب اللي ممكن يؤدي لعدم ثبات الحشوة هو إن الـPocket — المساحة اللي بيتم تجهيزها للحشوة — يكون أكبر من اللازم مقارنة بحجم الحشوة وشكل أنسجة الثدي.

لما يكون فيه مساحة أكبر من المطلوب، الحشوة ممكن يكون عندها مجال تتحرك فيه بدل ما تفضل مستقرة في المكان المخطط لها، وده ممكن يظهر مع الوقت في صورة:

❌ اختلاف في مكان الحشوة
❌ عدم تناسق بين الثديين
❌ زيادة المسافة بين الثديين أو اتجاه الحشوة للخارج
❌ أو تغير في شكل الثدي مع الحركة ووضع الجسم.

وعشان كده تكبير الثدي مش مجرد اختيار حجم السيليكون وخلاص.

لازم يكون فيه توافق بين حجم وشكل الحشوة، أبعاد الـPocket، تشريح الصدر، سمك الأنسجة، ومكان وضع الحشوة.

وفي عمليات الـRevision، المشكلة بتكون أصعب؛ لأننا أحيانًا بنلاقي إن الـPocket اتوسع بالفعل، وساعتها مجرد تغيير الحشوة مش بالضرورة يكون كافيًا… لازم نفهم ليه حصلت المشكلة من الأساس ونصلح السبب.

Why does a silicone breast implant sometimes move after breast augmentation? 👀

One possible reason is that the implant pocket — the space created to accommodate the implant — is larger than necessary for the implant and the patient’s anatomy.

When the pocket is too large, the implant may have excessive room to move instead of remaining stable in the intended position. Over time, this can contribute to:

كان لازم نفكر في الجسم ككل:
البطن + الظهر + مكان الجرح + شكل السرة + توزيع الأنسجة والشد
علشان نرجّع أقرب شكل ممكن للتناسق الطبيعي.

When a previous belt lipectomy completely changes the shape of the body… correcting it becomes a whole different challenge.

This was one of the most challenging Revision Body Contouring cases we have dealt with.

The patient had significant distortion of the abdomen and back, with a severely misplaced scar, extending through an unnatural position, and a belly button positioned unusually high on the abdomen.

In revision surgery, we are not starting from scratch.

We are working with previous scars, altered tissues, distorted anatomy, abnormal tension patterns, and limited options for correction.

That’s why this is not simply about removing more skin and tightening the abdomen again.

We had to look at the entire body as one unit —
the abdomen, back, scar position, belly button, tissue distribution, and overall proportions — to develop a plan that could restore the most natural and balanced shape possible.

السيلكون انفجر… بس المشكلة الحقيقية بتبدأ بعد الانفجار! 😳

الحالتين اللي في الفيديو وصلوا لنا بعد حدوث Rupture للـsilicone implant، وده موقف محتاج تقييم دقيق وتخطيط مختلف عن مجرد “تغيير السيلكون”.

لأن لما الحشوة تتعرض للتمزق، عملية الاستبدال ممكن تكون أكثر تعقيدًا حسب نوع الحشوة، مكانها، حالة الكبسولة والأنسجة المحيطة بها، ووجود أي تغيّرات أو التهاب حولها.

Once an implant ruptures, the complexity of replacement can vary depending on several factors — including the type of implant, its position, the condition of the surrounding capsule and tissues, and whether there are any associated changes around the implant.
