A bit about my background…

I have a life-long history in studying and working with health and wellness.

Starting at the age of 11, I studied at The Nesta Brooking School of Ballet and Education, which was run on a naturopathic philosophy.

I then studied at the renowned “Physical Education Association of Great Britain and Northern Ireland”, graduating in 1985, in the era of Jane Fonda - where aerobic classes were very much on-trend!

After moving to Mallorca in the early 90s with my young family, I then decided to further my studies with Thai Massage, Craniosacral therapy and Reiki.

From there, I then studied a 3-year course of naturopathy, where I also added on many other courses alongside, including NLP, advanced Reflexology, and became fascinated by the psycho-emotional aspect of health.

This gave me a solid foundation to continue learning and growing with an immense
curiosity for how the body works.

Welcome to my studio, where the magic happens ✨✨✨

Tucked away at the bottom of my garden behind the orange tree, clients comment as soon as they walk in how peaceful and relaxing my studio is.

I’m situated on the very edge of the village, with view of the mountains. My studio is accessed through a private entrance at the back for privacy, and close by to plenty of free parking so you can drift out afterwards.

Being close to nature, clients often like to enjoy a walk towards Castell d’Alaro after their treatment to quietly integrate and come back to earth!
