Have you ever wondered what happens when you experience distance reiki healing?
It's so simple and effective.
You will need to be laying or sitting in your safe quiet space, relaxed and warm, open to receive reiki.
I recommend you place your hands palms upwards or in the prayer position. Play relaxing music if you wish.
I will use a picture, or write your name and place it on my treatment bed. I will select 7 crystals which connect me to you.
As the session begins, I will commence by scanning your chakra energy field.
Healing energy will then be sent to you over a period of approximately 30-40 minutes. The Reiki energy will naturally stop its flow and you will be sent a text/wattsap to inform you that the session is finished.
During the treatment my hands will be guided intuitively.
As the healing energy flows through your body, you may feel a pleasant sensation of warmth, some people report seeing colours or images and others simply fall asleep.
As we are all unique, each experience will be different but generally after treatment you should feel more at peace and able to cope better with external influences.
As with all types of healing, sometimes the symptoms may be heightened or you may experience an emotional release. You may even cry, this happens when hidden emotions are brought to the surface to be released and will soon pass.
Crying is a normal part of the healing process as the body clears out what is no longer needed.
I recommend you journal your experience from the treatment and and changes/experiences over the next couple of days.

A distance reiki healing session will be for approximately 30-40 minutes. The cost is €35,00.
