Due to a number of no-shows and Cancellations in the run up to Christmas, I have no choice but to implement a Missed Appointment/Cancellation Policy, starting from Monday 8th January:
● 48 hrs cancellation notice required free of charge
● last minute/no show Appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment price
● 50% booking deposit necessary on appointments over 2 hours. (regular customers exempt)
❗️It is a fact that no-shows are killing small businesses across the Country. Please be aware that missing your appointment maybe the difference between a Small Business Owner making a living that week or not❗️
