So last night's eclipse was super powerful!
I really felt the waves of cosmic energy and density moving through me.
I also felt the need for protection, so I called on St.Germain and the Violet Flame for clearing negativity as well as asking the Divine for a tube of light around me.
When I sat to meditate, the Elohim came through, they said there was an archangel wanting to work through me whose name is Zaphael and brings LIGHT and FREEDOM.

Archangel Zaphael is here to support humanity during eclipse times which can feel very heavy, bring up a lot of trauma, fears and past wounding and a general feeling of negativity.

💫🦁Today the energy of the Lions Gate Portal is at its peak, making it the ideal time for a manifesting ritual.💫🦁

Personally, I believe we need to be in our fullest alignment to get our deepest desires met. For me this means clearing the inner blocks out of the way so that we can experience more of what we want....

Of course, there's nothing wrong in asking for a specific thing, but if we're struggling to manifest it, perhaps there's a pattern or wound in the way that's asking to be healed in order for us to receive it.

So when we're manifesting, I believe we need to ask for the obstacles, blocks, patterns and wounds in the way of us receiving our desire to be removed, healed and transformed at the root cause level.

I also believe it's more powerful to ask for the qualities we want to experience rather than just focusing on the outer form that we'd like our desire to appear in

For example...
If I want a relationship, maybe the quality I'm looking for is connection...
If I want more money, perhaps I'm looking for a greater sense of security...
If i want to go on a round the world trip, maybe I'm longing for a sense of adventure.

💫🌺 Manifesting Ritual 🌺💫

You'll need a pen and paper and some quiet time for yourself.

Sit quietly, one hand on your heart one hand on your belly and take some deep breaths.

Close your eyes and bring to mind your desires (one at a time).

Visualise having what you want, feel it fully, experience all the details, really get into it, enjoy fantasising about what it will be like to have it.

Notice the feelings that arise when you visualise having what you want. Notice how it feels in your body. Write down those feelings, those qualities.

Now write your desire in the present tense as if you already have it along with the feelings and qualities it brings you.

Do this for each of your desires.

Now you have a list of your desires and the feelings and qualities you want to experience.

🦁✨💫 Here's what I forgot to mention in my previous post! The Lion's Gate Portal is showering is with frequencies from the star system Sirius...and the Sekhem energy I work with in my S.O.U.L. Sessions comes from the star system Sirius.

This potent powerful, awakening energy is associated with the Goddess Sekhmet, daughter of the Sun God Ra in Ancient Egypt. I believe this is why the women that have been coming to my sessions since the end of June when the Sirius Gateway opened and now, have been experiencing Ancient Egyptian remembrances, Goddess Activations and awakenings around their Soul Purpose and their destiny.

🦁💫 The Lion's Gate portal is open!

We've got a few amazing days left of cosmic alignment from the star system Sirius, where we're being showered with blessings and with a portal for our energetic alignment, awakening, stepping into our power and our destiny, and really being able to move forward in a way that we are not able to at other times of the year.

This is a very, very potent time. It happens every year, and the energy is reached its full potential on the 8th of August, so that's just in a few days time.

And the window closes on the 12th.

So, what I'm doing this year, is I'm offering special Sirius Gateway and Lion's Gate soul sessions. And what I'm finding is that the women that are coming are, they're having big, deep ancestral clearings, and they're also having like soul remembrances and awakenings, especially around past lives in ancient Egypt, and they're remembering their power, they're remembering their sacred gifts.

And then there are Goddess frequencies that seem to be coming through, especially Goddess Sophia, and showering them with, with blessings and with her wisdom and love and awakening.

It's blowing me away and I'm finding it absolutely fascinating, they're not necessarily knowing why they're coming. They just feel a call or a pull.

This has been happening since the middle of June, and I anticipate it'll happen till the end of the Lion's Gate portal. Did you know that social media may be slowing your recovery from narcissistic abuse?

After an abusive relationship, we naturally want to learn about narcissism to inform and protect ourselves...

In our effort to seek help, we may find ourselves in online spaces where the term 'narcissist' is used a lot...

The focus is usually on 'the narcissist' and their behaviour, and posts are often shared in an emotionally evocative way

and this can serve to re-traumatise a victim of narcissistic abuse at any point until she is fully healed.

When we are exposed to reminders of the abuse, our nervous system thinks it's happening now and responds accordingly...

We can be triggered into fight, flight, freeze or flop, we are unable to function normally, and it takes time, even days, to recover

Exposing ourselves to this type of material can keep us stuck in loops, unable to heal or move forward with our lives...

Which is why we have to learn about narcissism in a safe, trauma-informed way and consume social media in a way that heals rather than harms...

If nothing seems to be changing despite your best efforts to heal from narcissistic abuse, here’s something important I want to share with you because it may really be holding you back in your healing.

When many of us emerge from an abusive relationship and start putting the pieces together about what happened to us, we naturally want to find out more about narcissism. In our search for clarity, understanding and validation we often find ourselves in online spaces where the term ‘narcissist’ is used a lot. The focus is usually on what the narcissist is like, what they do, how they operate and so on. Unfortunately, when this material is shared in a highly evocative, emotionally charged way, (often just to please the algorithm), it can serve to re-traumatise a victim of narcissistic abuse, rather than aid her recovery.

The issue here, that many people, especially at the start of their narcissistic abuse recovery journey don’t realise, is that simply hearing about the narcissistic behaviour they have been subject to is potentially re-traumatising. For someone trying to heal after narcissistic abuse, nervous system regulation is vital. Reading about narcissists and other people’s experience of them can cause further dysregulation of the nervous system, emotions and can deepen complex post-traumatic stress symptoms.

I’ve come across trauma-informed practitioners that blast in bold letters on a brightly coloured backgrounds, ‘the narcissist does this, this and this’. This is simply too much for a sensitive nervous system that needs peace and a felt sense of safety to heal.
