Happy Mother’s Day 2026:

The last two years have been a roller coaster — full of ups and downs, heartbreaks, prayers, waiting, and learning to hold onto hope even during the hardest moments.
Today, I’m finally ready to share our little rainbow baby with the world 🌈🤍
I didn’t know it would take this long to get you here. After two heartbreaking losses, there were moments I questioned everything. But deep down, God already had a plan for us — even when I couldn’t understand it at the time.
And then this pregnancy happened… and somehow, it felt different. It felt right. I felt ready. Ready in a way I can’t fully explain. Like this was the moment God wanted me to experience all along.
As your arrival gets closer, I feel both nervous and excited all over again. But this time, I also feel stronger. Mentally ready to face whatever challenges may come along the way.
We can’t wait to meet you, little one 🤍
Your big sister is already so excited to hold you, love you, and welcome you into our family.

And to any woman silently going through heartbreak, loss, waiting, or wondering if your time will ever come — please don’t lose hope. Your journey may not look the way you imagined, and the waiting can feel so heavy, but you are stronger than you think. Be gentle with yourself, keep believing, and trust that your story is still being written.

Lately this lyrics has been play a lot on the reels. And I think it is so true to remind ourselves how far we have come, and that no matter which stages we are at, we are always the best version of ourselves.

I maybe not be the best mom. But I have a daughter who is very caring, thoughtful, sweet, wild, crazy, strong… etc.
Thank you Lord for her, and that I got to experience something painful but yet wonderful.

To all the moms out there:

In your upbringing and cultural background, self-care may not have been emphasized or even considered important.

Sometimes maybe your culture values way more on self-sacrifice and putting others before yourself.

Or maybe personally, you believe that prioritizing taking care of others is your duty.

Or maybe you just simply didn’t know how to take care of yourself or didn't have access to resources that would have allowed you to do so.

Or you just didn’t have the time and energy for it. Because you are the primary caregiver for your children or other family members.

Or you may have struggling with mental health issues that made it difficult to prioritize your own well-being.

No matter which mom you are. You deserve better.

And I am here to help you, to guide you, to uplift you and to introduce you to a whole new world, even just a 5 min self care.
