Yoga with Beccy

This morning, as I arrived to teach my usual beach yoga class, I noticed someone sleeping rough nearby. He quietly folded up his duvet and belongings, then sat and watched. Eventually, he joined in.
He loved it. At the end, he was so grateful. It reminded me of something simple but powerful:
Yoga is for everyone.
No labels. No barriers. Just breath, movement, and connection.

Private group yoga

Over 7 years ago I travelled to India and trained to become a yoga teacher in the spiritual heart of Rishikesh, The Yoga Capital of The World! 🇮🇳
Although challenging the intense training was truly one of the best times of my life and an experience that will stay with me forever.
Not only did I learn the asanas and anatomy of yoga I also learnt the philosophy behind it; the traditions, beliefs- the true meaning of yoga.
