Isabel Silva Esthetic

Our purpose

To create spaces where we feel heard and seen, free from pressure and judgment. Where we can express ourselves freely, share our experiences, and be ourselves, at our own pace. A place to connect and support one another with empathy.

ENGLISH

WHO AM I BEHIND ALL THE LABELS?

Sexologist. Aesthetician. Natural healthy chef. Padel lover.
Spanish, English, Mandarin Chinese… and a little of the universal language of being human. 🌍

The ego loves labels: “I am this. I achieved that.”

But my practice is to observe the ego without becoming it.

My titles describe what I do, not the whole of who I am.

Less proving. More being.
Less identity. More presence.

⸻

🇪🇸 ESPAÑOL

¿QUIÉN SOY DETRÁS DE TODAS LAS ETIQUETAS?

Sexóloga. Esteticista.

Menos demostrar. Más ser.
Menos identidad. Más presencia.

🎾 Why does padel make the heart so happy?

Because it’s more than a game. It makes us move, laugh, connect and forget everything else for a while. Every rally brings energy, every point awakens excitement, and every match creates beautiful moments with others.

A happy body, a clear mind and a heart full of joy. 💖

Another day, another game… happy heart!
