My years of experience with all types of skin, tones and client wants, have really shown me how to pay attention to detail. Whether that be layering products to perfection, avoiding smudging / creasing by setting each step correctly or giving the client tips on what she can do throughout the day to keep herself looking flawless (no fingers on your face! 😂), I can guarantee your makeup will not budge!

What can you do to help your bridal makeup artist to achieve your dream base? I’ve got you covered 💗 1. Find a dermatologist / skin care specialist in your area. Book to see them well ahead of your makeup appointment. Get as much advice as possible on tailored facials or treatments plans that will benefit your skin type. @skinhealthbycharlotte is incredible if you live in her area! 🧖🏽‍♀️ 2. Stick to an at home skincare routine. Persistence is key! Love your skin, the amount of care you put into it will mirror the improvement you will see. Brands I love are @theordinary @elemis @lamer 3. Drink plenty of water leading up to the day. Travelling on planes & alcohol at events leading up to the big day will really dehydrate you, so please make sure to drink more water than usual to counter act this 💦 4. Do not get sunburnt! It is really difficult to blend a foundation into the redness 🥵 This will cause you to have a red body and a very pale looking face in comparison. Your skin could also peel.. and you definitely do not want visible tan lines! 5. Get any treatments such as brows, Botox, filler, lash extensions done with enough time that if you do not like the results you are able to get that fixed 🙏🏻 6. Know that if you get a lash lift (LVL) your makeup artist won’t be able to give you fake lashes! They just won’t sit right 🥴 Keep all of this in mind and your bridal MUA will love you for it. You will too! The perfect glam is impossible without a prepared base. Noemi is a star inside and out, she’s not just beautiful to look at but her energy and kindness shines through to every person she meets. Noemi contacted me 10 months ago to book me for her wedding but I was booked up on her date, we joked about manifestation and said we would speak closer to the date if anything changed. Two months before her wedding she contacted me again and by sheer fluke my original bride had changed her wedding date. It was meant to be 🤍

Just goes to show that anything can happen, and when things are meant to be they work out. Manifestation is key 💞

From start to finish we had the best time getting Noemi, her mother and her bridesmaids ready. We also got the luxury of seeing her walk down the aisle!!

Here’s a makeup look I created for one of my brides besties on the day of her wedding. Of course the main focus of the morning is the bride but her bridesmaids are just as important! If the bride decides that they will all have the same makeup look, I will always tailor it to each maids features and wants when it comes to coverage, lash type, the way they wear their brows etc..

I thought it would be great to show you the different stages when it comes to creating a bridal makeup. Layering, tailoring the positioning of each product to the clients face shape and using the correct undertones, all form part of creating the most flawless and personal bridal glam. ✨

Zoe is a repeat client of mine turned friend, and I was so lucky to be part of her wedding day 💞

Not only is Zoe incredibly beautiful inside and out, but she relaxed infront of the camera allowing me to snap these 10/10 shots! So many of my brides freeze not knowing what to do with a light and a camera in their face 😂 even feeling incredible with their bridal hair and makeup, they sometimes need a little push. My trick to getting flawless pictures is to just relax and have fun with it! Confidence infront of the camera only enhances my brides beauty. ✨
