Day 28. Done 🙌

Almost 6 kg (13 lbs) down. 8 cm off my waist.
Whooop whooop 😍

The puffiness, the fatigue, the "why won't this budge" feeling from Day 1 — gone.

Day 22. Down 5 kg (10.5 lbs) and counting.

But honestly? The way I feel is what keeps me going — not the scale.

Chicken livers for dinner. Not because I wanted to. Because my ferritin told me to. 🫀

I eat omnivore. Always have. And my ferritin was still low.

Technically within range. Functionally low.

And I'm a food scientist who coaches women on exactly this.

Day 15. Halfway through my own 28-day fat loss & hormone reset.

4.7 kg (10.4 lbs) gone — and honestly, the number is the least interesting part.

My waist is back, energy is consistent, my sleep is better, and I actually feel like myself again.

This is what working with your hormones instead of against them looks like.

While this looks beautiful — fields like this are sprayed heavily with pesticides.

A report just released in Spain found that 69% of fruit and nearly half of all food contains pesticide residues. But this isn't just a Spain problem. It's everywhere.

Many of them act as xenoestrogens — fake oestrogen signals that your body can't tell apart from the real thing.
