I don’t believe women should have to disappear into the roles they love.
You can love being a mother and still need time that belongs only to you.
You can care deeply about your family and still have ambitions of your own.
You can be committed to your work without making productivity your entire identity.
And you can take care of your body without letting it become another thing you have to get perfectly right.
I don’t believe the answer is to do more, wake up earlier or somehow become better at managing everything.
Sometimes, it’s about questioning why we expect ourselves to carry so much in the first place.
Because building a full life shouldn’t mean filling every available hour with responsibilities.
It should also mean having the freedom to choose what matters to you.
Your interests. Your goals. Your health. Your identity.
Not at the expense of everyone you love.
But not always at your own expense, either.
That’s something I believe in deeply.
And something I’m building RDS around.
A life where women don’t have to choose between showing up for others and showing up for themselves.

I’m not building just a career, a body, a family or a brand.
I’m building a life that feels like mine.
I’m Raquel. Portuguese, living in Switzerland. A wife, a mother, a woman with ambitions that go far beyond any single role.
I love lifting heavy, dressing up, slow family moments and working towards ideas that sometimes feel bigger than me.
Some days I’m in the gym before the world wakes up. Others, I’m figuring things out between work, motherhood and everything in between.
I don’t have it all figured out. And I’m not trying to make it look like I do.
But I know the kind of life I want to build.
One where I can be strong and feminine. Ambitious and present. Disciplined without making life all about discipline.
And where the people and things I love have a place — without leaving myself out of it.
That’s also the vision behind RDS, the brand I’m building.
Not a perfect life. A full one.
And I’m sharing what that looks like along the way.
Raquel 🤍

I used to think taking care of myself meant doing everything right.
Training enough.
Eating perfectly.
Being productive.
Always improving.
Always doing more.
Now I see it differently.
I still want to be strong.
I still have goals.
I still care about my health, my body, my work and the woman I’m becoming.
But I don’t want to build a life that needs to be constantly optimised to feel like a good one.
I want strength without obsession.
Ambition without burnout.
Femininity without shrinking.
Motherhood without disappearing.
And a life that has room for both discipline and simply being alive.
Maybe taking care of yourself isn’t about becoming the “best version” of yourself.
Maybe it’s about building a life where you actually get to be yourself. 🤍
If you’re building that kind of life too, you’re in the right place 🔥

Strong looks different on every woman 🖤
You aren’t tired because you’re a mother. You’re tired because you’ve outsourced your identity.
Society tells you to lower your expectations. They tell you to settle for “surviving” the day, to put yourself last, and to accept that your strength died the moment you took on your greatest responsibilities.
We say the exact opposite.
Your career, your motherhood, your drive—these are not things that subtract from your power. They are the furnace that forges it.
RDS exists for the woman who is done asking for permission to be powerful.
The woman who understands that her physical strength is the foundation of her mental clarity.
The woman who realizes that becoming her best self isn’t selfish—it’s the most responsible thing she can do for everyone who relies on her.
We don’t do “balance.” We do sovereignty.
Are you ready to reclaim the woman you were always meant to be?
Comment “POWER” if you are in 🔥
