🌾 Behind every beautiful loaf is careful fermentation. When a sourdough loaf isn’t perfectly fermented it becomes flat and dense (which nobody wants)
Right: over-fermented.
Left: perfectly fermented.
The difference may look simple, but it’s what turns good bread into great bread. ❤️🥖

We’ve been a little quiet lately, but we’re officially back!
We’ve been experimenting with some new goodies, and this week we’re excited to offer our homemade Mixed Berry Jam 🍓🫐. Supplies are limited, so be sure to message us if you’d like a jar! $7 a jar, if you bring the jar back when you’re finished you’ll receive $2 off your next order!!
And don’t forget- everything on our menu is always available to order. We appreciate your support more than you know! ❤️

I’m so grateful for this sweet community that keeps my oven warm💛 Baking began as a simple passion, and I was making far more than my husband and I could eat. Now I’m honored to bake for so many of you. Thank you for supporting my small business and allowing me to do what I love.

I finally got my hands on a Vietnamese coffee and a salted caramel latte from MOMEE time 🥳 yes I ordered two for myself, no judging🫣 they’re so so yummy🥰 highly recommend for the Rota community!!

We love getting pictures from customers🤭 bagels, lemon blueberry, protein cinnamon sugar, and jalapeno cheddar🤤 (I promise there were more jalapeños and cheese inside of that loaf😂)
