Modified Ibiza

We are pleased to announce that next years dates will be 7th to 10th May for this cracking event at the Abrat Hotel, Cala des Moro, San Antonio.
All nights will start at 7.30pm to 11.45 pm not forgetting the infamous Sunday all day affair sponsering two wonderful cancer charities from the Island and Loros Hospice in Leicester all of which are voluntary organisations with all 10 djs playing from 1pm to 11.45 pm.
Jet2 have a limited amount of rooms available or you can book direct with the hotel www.abrathotel.com . Prices for all rooms will be available next month with our usual discount code so watch this space for more details.

Once again Modifiers thankyou for you generosity given at this years event, On Friday night at the Abrat Hotel we handed over to the Ibiza and Formentera Cancer Charity 1350.00 euros with Jose, Javier,Jane, myself and Lisbet who represents the charity. The money will be used to help those with comfort, help and care at Can Misses Hospital and at home. Thank you all x

Modifiers, thank you one and all for your generosity by giving your hard earned money towards two cancer charities at this years Modified Ibiza. The first being Loros, Leicester, a voluntary organisation who give end of life love, care and attention to those who need that help not least Janes sister Lisa, dearly missed by us all. The second donation will go to the Ibiza and Formentera Cancer Association who help our hospital and patients with the extra care and comfort they need while receiving much needed treatment. Arrangements are being made for the handover of monies to the Ibiza and Formentera Cancer Association which will be presented at the Abrat Hotel in the near future.
Meetings will be held with the hotel asap for next years event and advertised on this page as soon as we have the information available, Steve & Jane x

It is with regret to let you all know that our dad Derrick passed away peacefully yesterday at the ripe old age of 96 years, Those who knew him will remember his love of music, dancing, drinking and having a great time with everyone at Modified and beyond.
My personal memories will always be as a young kid listening to his Jazz, Swing, Big Band and Rock and Roll records he loved and played on the radiogram, regularly taking Mum dancing at the De Montfort Hall in Leicester. He embraced the 60s sounds of all genres and became a fan of Northern Soul when we started Modified, he had a good ear for great music.

Childhood memories of day trips and annual holidays will always stay with me along with their trips to Ibiza, we will all miss him. God bless you Dad X
