A little clarification from Frada Beauty Center

We completely understand that sometimes you come to us wanting beautiful nails, and you may be surprised or disappointed when we cannot perform the service.

However, we do NOT work on nails that show signs of a possible fungal infection or other nail infection.

With our experience, we are able to recognize visible warning signs such as greenish/yellow discoloration, thickening, lifting or changes in the nail plate.
This does not mean that we are making a medical diagnosis — but when we see signs that concern us, we choose safety over beauty.

Please understand that applying gel, acrylic or extensions over a potentially infected nail can make the situation worse and can also put your natural nail at risk.

Our process is simple:
1️⃣ Treat the nail problem first with an appropriate medical professional.
2️⃣ Allow the natural nail to recover and grow healthy.
3️⃣ Once the nail is healthy and safe to work on, we will be more than happy to create your beautiful nails.

We are not refusing you because we don't want to do your nails.
We are saying no because we care about the health of your natural nails.

Please don't be offended when we recommend that you treat the problem first. We would much rather protect your nails than make a beautiful set that could make the situation worse.

💅 Una pequeña aclaración de Fráda Beauty Center

Entendemos perfectamente que vengas buscando unas uñas bonitas y que puedas sentirte sorprendida o decepcionada cuando no podemos realizar el servicio.

Sin embargo, NO trabajamos sobre uñas que presentan signos de una posible infección por hongos u otra infección de la uña.

Gracias a nuestra experiencia podemos reconocer signos visibles de alerta, como coloración verdosa o amarillenta, engrosamiento, levantamiento o cambios en la uña.
Esto no significa que estemos realizando un diagnóstico médico, pero cuando vemos signos que nos preocupan, preferimos la seguridad antes que la estética.

Aplicar gel, acrílico o uñas postizas sobre una uña posiblemente infectada puede empeorar la situación y poner en riesgo la salud de la uña natural.

Nuestro proceso es muy sencillo:
1️⃣ Primero, tratar el problema de la uña con un profesional sanitario adecuado.
2️⃣ Dejar que la uña natural se recupere y crezca sana.
3️⃣ Cuando la uña esté sana y sea seguro trabajar sobre ella, estaremos encantadas de hacerte unas uñas bonitas.

No te decimos que no porque no queramos hacerte las uñas.
Te decimos que no porque nos importa la salud de tus uñas naturales.

Por favor, no te sientas ofendida cuando te recomendamos tratar primero el problema. Preferimos proteger tus uñas antes que realizar un servicio bonito que pueda empeorar la situación.
