«I believe we never wear a fragrance by chance. There are days when we crave softness, others when we look for something more intense, more vibrant, or on the contrary more enveloping, almost comforting.
And then, there are seasons, moments in life.
We don’t wear perfume the same way on a summer morning as we do on a winter evening. That’s why l’ve always had this image in mind: the idea of an olfactory wardrobe. Just as we instinctively choose what to wear in the morning, we should be able to choose our fragrance in the same way.
Not just one perfume, but several, each expressing a different facet of who we are.
When I first had the idea of creating Les Indémodables, it was already there, subtly in the background. The goal wasn’t to create the perfect fragrance, but to compose a wardrobe. A wardrobe built around major olfactory families, centered on exceptional « Grands Crus » ingredients that we work with, explore, and develop to reveal their full richness.
In the end, Les Indémodables are not just fragrances we wear, but ones that accompany us, reflecting who we are in each moment.»
