Je vous présente mon prochain événement de yoga en co création avec Silvia Schmitt , pour la partie Tambour et Mantras.
Sont au programme le soir de la pleine Lune
• Cours de Yoga postural (+ bain de son animé par Parvati Carina 1h30
• repas du soir tiré du sac
• Mantras avec tambours - explication et pratique, (animé par Silvia) - apportez votre tambour, si vous en avez un.
• Si la lune est bien visible, on fera un souffle en incluant la lune. (animé par Silvia)
Apporter:
- votre tapis de Yoga
- une couverture
- éventuellement un coussin
- une bougie à thé dans un verre transparent
- votre repas

Prix: * pour mes élèves le prix habituel d'un cours; ou carte d abonnement
* pour les autres 20€ la soirée, couples 35€

Venez fêter avec nous ! Pas besoin de connaître quoi que cela soit. Néanmoins il faudrait un corps valide pour la pratique de Yoga.
Pour les mantras on sera assis au sol.
A espérer qu'il fera beau ! Sinon la soirée se fera a la Maison du St Gangolphe a Lautenbach .
