Why Aesthete?

For me, good aesthetic medicine isn’t about choosing a treatment from a menu. It starts with understanding you and your lifestyle…what have you noticed, what matters to you? Combine this with what I can see clinically.

Your consultation gives us time to assess, talk through your options and create a plan that works around your social calendar, your budget and your skin’s own pace. Using carefully selected, high quality aesthetic products and treatments, we can build a plan over time rather than trying to do everything at once.

There’s no pressure to decide on the day, and sometimes the right recommendation is to wait, change direction or not treat at all.

And if we do go ahead, the care doesn’t stop when you leave the clinic. Aftercare, support and review are all part of the process.

Consultation. Consideration. Treatment. Aftercare. Review.

That’s the Aesthete approach, assessment-led, no time pressures and certainty not menu led.

Even royalty knows Sculptra is the king of injectables 😂 AI generated, no royals were injected in the making of this Story.

A little behind the scenes from a training day with Galderma in Glasgow ✨ in a bid to post more on Social Media…

One of the parts of aesthetics I genuinely love is that you never really stop learning. New techniques, different approaches, anatomy, assessment and lots of conversations with other practitioners, all of it comes back into how I treat my own patients.

A day out of clinic, investing in our network and education. Always coming back to Aberdeen with fresh ideas and evolving practices.

Because the treatments you see in clinic are only a tiny part of what goes on behind the scenes 🤍

You don’t need to know what treatment you need before you book a consultation.

In fact, I’d rather you didn’t.

Tell me what you’ve noticed. What’s changed. What bothers you in certain light, in photographs, or when you catch your reflection.

And please don’t feel embarrassed or anxious about showing me. I want you to look forward to coming into clinic, not worry about it.

We’ll break everything down, work out what’s actually going on and build a plan together, at your pace, with no pressure to have treatment.

Sometimes that means treating. Sometimes it means better skincare. Sometimes it means doing less than you thought.

The goal isn’t to change you.

It’s getting you back to the point where you’re not avoiding the big light 😂

Know someone who’s been complaining about changes in their skin, face or hair but doesn’t know where to start? Send this to them , it might be the nudge they need.

Follow for straightforward, assessment-led skin & aesthetics advice.

Can’t be in London all the time…

Taking a little of the London aesthetics scene home to Aberdeen with me 🤍

Always learning, always refining.

Over the years in practice, one thing I’ve learnt is that the best results are rarely about changing how someone looks. They’re about helping them become the best version of themselves.

That’s exactly why I choose the treatments I do, for my patients and for myself. The ones that work gradually, improve over weeks and months, and leave you looking like you… just a little more rested and confident.

If your excuse for being late is “I was staring at my skin in the mirror”… I’ll allow it. 😂✨ Disclaimer, Netflix’s haven’t called me yet!

A few days in London with and . 🤍

A day of education, innovation and conversations with some incredibly talented practitioners. There’s something special about being surrounded by people who are passionate about raising standards and sharing knowledge.

Running a clinic can be all consuming, so it was equally important ( and difficult!) to make time to switch off too exploring London, sharing a few laughs, and even getting a trip to ✨

I came home with fresh ideas, renewed inspiration and a reminder that investing in yourself isn’t just about education, it’s about the people you meet and the memories you make along the way.

Grateful for the opportunity. Back to clinic tomorrow. 🤍

The best part of my job isn’t injecting lips.

It’s seeing someone leave feeling informed, reassured and genuinely excited because they know they’ll be looked after every step of the way.

From your first consultation to your aftercare, you should always feel cared for.

Here’s what actually matters.

The concern is not licensed anti-wrinkle treatments used appropriately within legitimate prescribing frameworks. The concern is suspected counterfeit and illegally imported products entering the industry without proper regulation, traceability or oversight.

When considering any aesthetic treatment, you should feel comfortable asking:
• What product is being used?
• Is it UK sourced and traceable?
• Who prescribed it?
• What happens if you need aftercare or support?

At Aesthete Associates, treatments are assessment-led, products are sourced through verified UK suppliers, and patient safety is part of every consultation — not an afterthought.

Aesthetics should never feel rushed, secretive or unclear.
