Planning a massage? Please take extra care in the sun beforehand.
Sunburned or overheated skin can become more sensitive during massage, making your treatment less comfortable and potentially increasing irritation. To get the most from your session:
🌞 Avoid prolonged sun exposure before your appointment 💧 Stay well hydrated throughout the day 🧴 Use sunscreen and protect your skin 🌡️ Allow your body to cool down if you've been outdoors
Your comfort and wellbeing are always the priority. If you arrive with significant sunburn, we may need to adapt or postpone your treatment to protect your skin and ensure a safe, relaxing experience.
