These are what the new dungarees look like. Very comfy and cool cotton/rayon which is breathable for this hot weather. Adjustable straps and side buttons £25 a pair. Made from recycled materials so the colours are all different but all beautiful. Perfect for this weather and moving into autumn with layers.
This is a size M. There is an XL in the shop and I can place orders for these.

Picking up some stock and resources from Glastonbury today. More shopping to do tomorrow.
What a bonkers day at the shop. It was manic from start to finish. Thanks for everyone who came in today and bought drinks, food, vinyl, clothes and witchy goods. 🙏Every time we do a sale, we also do a little jig on the inside.

🗺️ Discover Abertillery Town Trail - Part 1
Throughout August, we’re exploring the new Abertillery Town Trail, uncovering the stories behind our town’s landmarks and discovering the people, events and memories that have helped shape our community.
Let’s get started… with The Met, The Stute & Ebenezer! 👇
🎭 The Met
Did you know that Stan Laurel performed at The Met before finding worldwide fame as part of the legendary comedy duo Laurel and Hardy? 🎬
Opened in 1867, The Met was once one of the largest buildings in the South Wales Valleys, with space for more than 1,200 people!
Over the years, it has been a market, theatre, skating rink and cinema. Today, it remains at the heart of the community, hosting concerts, events and live shows. 🎵
🏫 Abertillery Workmen’s Institute — ‘The Stute’
Opened in 1898, the ‘Stute’ was a place for local people to read, socialise, swim and play sport.
It also hosted famous speakers, including Keir Hardie and Ernest Bevin, who held political meetings and supported local miners during difficult times.
A devastating fire destroyed the building in 1951, but it was rebuilt in 1955. The Stute continued to play an important role in the community, including during the 1984/85 National Miners’ Strike.
Today, the community-led ‘Save Our Stute’ campaign is working hard to reopen this important piece of Abertillery’s heritage. 💪
⛪ Ebenezer Baptist Church
Abertillery has a long Baptist tradition, and Ebenezer Baptist Church has been part of that story since the 1870s.
During the Welsh Revival, hundreds joined the church, while its Sunday School welcomed more than 950 children!
The church has also welcomed notable speakers, including Beatrice Green and suffragette leader Flora Drummond, who spoke there in the 1920s.
Today, Ebenezer remains a valued community hub and will soon celebrate its 150th anniversary. 🎉
