You know how I have been bending your ear for the last few weeks talking about running and how I just couldn’t get my 10K under an hour.
Well, I did it! 59:45. So dead pleased.
Have had an amazing weekend and the route was around such beautiful parts of London.

We are closed today as I’m off doing a 10K.

Well summer has well and truly arrived this year 🌞
After a much needed week off, I am back in tomorrow at 9.00 and will be in touch with people who have left messages.
If you feel the heat is just too much and would like to cancel please give as much notice as you can as we currently have a waiting list for appointments.
