✨ A Little Update About Bookings & Deposits ✨

Running a small business means that every appointment matters.

Unfortunately, today alone I’ve lost £160 due to no-shows and a last-minute cancellation. As much as I love what I do, this is my livelihood. I have salon bills to pay, products to replace, and most importantly, a family and children to provide for. Losing this amount of income in one day simply isn’t sustainable.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I’ll always do my best to be understanding where I can. However, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments leave me with very little chance of filling those spaces.

From today onwards, the following booking policy will apply to everyone — both new and existing clients:

🤍 A £15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment.

🤍 If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your treatment cost will be payable.

🤍 Any outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

These policies aren’t in place to be difficult—they’re there to protect my business and ensure I can continue providing the best service to all of my lovely clients.
