I see so many women book in aesthetic treatments for looking for a quick fix with an IV without address what’s actually going on underneath.. yes a microneedling session is GREAT, but if you have sudden skin, weight, mood changes etc, then treatments are only so good for so long.

Using a full multi step approach, I’d always advocate for gaining insight into your inflammation, your hormones, your methylation - invest in it like your car MOT each year. Track it and notice early when something isn’t right.

When the inside is optimal, we can then address concerns with full knowledge of what may be causing them & use targeted supplements.

Of course aging is natural and that is a primary concern for most clients but I know for me, learning my own body was invaluable.
