I used to think face yoga looked ridiculous.

Honestly, I couldn’t understand why anyone would do it.

Then I tried it.

And while it still looks a bit ridiculous, I can’t deny how good my face feels afterwards!

If you’re curious but slightly sceptical, I get it. I was too.

Come and try it for yourself at one of my summer workshops or join me online for the Jawline Masterclass ✨

If you’ve got facial cups, don’t skip the baby one.

This is one of my favourite ways to use it.

I gently glide the cup from the base of the nasolabial fold towards the side of the nose, helping to encourage circulation, release tension and support lymphatic drainage in the area.

An added bonus? It can feel incredibly soothing around the sinuses too, especially if you’re feeling a little congested.

I usually spend around 15 to 30 seconds on each side, moving slowly and always using plenty of oil so the cup glides comfortably across the skin.

This is a move I come back to regularly, around 3 to 4 times a week, because it always feels like an instant refresh.

Do you use the baby cup, or does it stay at the bottom of the pouch?

We’ve normalised exercising every muscle in the body except the face.

Which is odd, because it’s probably the part we think about most.

We spend money on skincare, but rarely think about movement, tension and posture from the neck up.

I’m not saying face yoga is magic. But I do think our face deserves the same care and attention we give the rest of our body.

If you’re curious, my Lower Face & Jawline Masterclass is coming up in two weeks, and there are plenty of face yoga workshops throughout the summer too.

Contrary to what some people think…

I’m not anti-Botox.

I’ve had Botox.
Many of my clients have Botox.
And I don’t believe facial wellness and aesthetics have to sit on opposite sides.

I just don’t believe every concern needs to end with an appointment.

Sometimes we want to soften tension.
Sometimes we want to reconnect with our face.
Sometimes we want rituals that feel calming, enjoyable and good for our skin.

Not everything has to be all or nothing.

And that’s where face yoga, Gua Sha, cupping and taping found a place in my life.

No judgement.
No extremes.
Just another way to care for ourselves 🤍

The jawline is one of the most common areas women ask me about.

Maybe you’ve noticed a little more softness, puffiness or loss of definition and wondered, “Is there anything I can actually do?”

The truth is, changes around the jawline are rarely caused by one thing. Muscle, tension, posture, fluid retention and natural changes in our tissues all play a role.

That’s exactly what we’ll explore in my upcoming online Jawline Masterclass.

This isn’t about perfection, and it’s certainly not about fear. It’s about understanding what’s happening and learning simple ways to support the jawline and neck naturally.

If this area has been on your mind recently, I’d love you to join us.

Good cheeks take time.

Sadly there’s no one magical face yoga move that suddenly gives you cheekbones by Tuesday 😅

But consistency? That’s where things start to shift.

Learning how to actually work the muscles, support the cheeks properly and stick with it for more than 5 minutes is what makes the difference.

Think less “quick fix.”
More “slow lift.”

If you’d like to get started, explore the at-home ritual cards and programmes, or join me at Cambo Gardens, St Andrews on 1st August to learn how to lift, sculpt and wake up the cheeks naturally

Want more jawline definition?

Gua Sha is one of my favourite tools for the jawline because it can help encourage drainage, boost circulation and ease tension through the face and neck.

If you clench your jaw, grind your teeth, or carry tension through this area, it can be a lovely addition to your routine.

This clip shows one side only, so remember to repeat on the other side too.

You can use Gua Sha as often as you like, but consistency is key.

This is a short excerpt from my free Five Minute Fix: Gua Sha for Double Chin & Jawline Definition on YouTube.

Want to understand why the jawline changes in the first place?

Join me live on 5th July for The Jawline Reset, where we’ll explore posture, tension, facial muscles and the habits that can influence the appearance of the jawline.

Don’t mind me…

Just over here multitasking on my jawline 😭

Modern life isn’t exactly helping the lower face.

• stress
• jaw clenching
• screen posture
• mouth breathing
• carrying tension all day long
• constantly being switched on

Most of us spend years doing absolutely nothing for our jaw, neck and lower face… and then wonder why things don’t look or feel the same.

No, creams won’t change that.

But there is a big difference between doing nothing and doing something.

And yes, apparently that “something” involves me doing facial exercises at traffic lights 😂

If the jawline and neck are your biggest concerns, my Online Jawline Masterclass is happening soon🤍 Link in bio

Skin story 🤍

The middle photo was my skin in April 2024.

At the time, I thought I was doing everything “right”.

✨ Skin + Me.
✨ Expensive creams.
✨ Every acid under the sun.
✨ All the must-have ingredients.

Meanwhile, my skin was getting angrier.

Red patches around my nose.
Spots around my mouth and neck.
Nothing seemed to calm it down.

Then, while making changes in other areas of my life, I stumbled across castor oil.

Not because I thought it was magic.

I’d already spent a fortune and thought, what’s the worst that can happen?

Over time, I stopped trying to constantly “fix” my skin and started focusing on nourishment instead.

That was around the same time I discovered Face Yoga, and the rest is history.

Two years later, I still keep things simple.

SPF every day.
A few actives that my skin enjoys.
Face oil always.

Everything else is just an extra.

This is simply my skin story. What works for me might not work for you, because skin is personal.

But if you’re feeling overwhelmed by all the advice online, remember:

Sometimes, less really is more 🤍
