✨ IMPORTANT NOTICE – MAKE UP BY SARAH | SAORELLA HAIR & BEAUTY ✨

To all my lovely clients, please take a moment to read the following update regarding appointments.

Effective from today, all appointments will require a deposit to secure your booking. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Unfortunately, I have had two no-shows today, and as a small business, this has a real impact on my time and income. I completely understand that unexpected things can happen, but I kindly ask that if you can no longer attend your appointment, you give me at least 24 hours’ notice so I have the opportunity to offer the slot to another client.

I put a lot of time and effort into my business, and I often have other clients waiting for appointments. Missed appointments without notice mean lost time, lost income, and a missed opportunity for someone else to book.

I absolutely love what I do and appreciate every single person who books with me and supports my business. ❤️ These measures are simply necessary to protect my time and allow me to continue providing the best service possible.

Thank you so much for your understanding, cooperation and continued support. It really does mean the world to me! 🫶🏼
