🎂 7 years at Woodgreen 🎂

Some clients have been coming since the very beginning. Some have only recently walked through the door. Every single person has played a little part in the journey. To every client who supported me, recommended us, returned and been part of this journey - thank you. You have helped make Armstrong Wellbeing what it is today.

When I look back, I see just how much I've grown - not only as a therapist, but as a person. There have been some incredible highs, but there have also been some really difficult chapters - facing setbacks that I never expected along the way. But somehow, I kept going.

I can't write this post without mentioning two very special people - Sean and Sophie, my OG's ❤️
They are absolutely amazing people, never mind therapists & their bookings speak for themselves. They've been such an important part of my journey and I'm so grateful to have them alongside me for so long.

Also a big thankyou to Vita Flow & Reflex and Relax for choosing Armstrong Wellbeing for their business ❤️ such lovely girls & a pleasure to have.

I wish the business was growing as quickly as I'd like it to. There are so many ideas in my head. So many things I want to do. So many plans for the future. If I won the lottery tomorrow, I'd have the whole thing exactly how I've pictured it in my head by next week 😂 But unfortunately, my bank account hasn't quite got the same vision as I have. 😂

But I'm a Mummy first and losing my parents young has taught me just how precious family time is. So because of that, I always choose my little team❤️

I don't choose childcare.
I choose park days.
I choose the cuddles.
I choose the bedtime stories.

Does that mean Armstrong Wellbeing isn't going to grow? Absolutely not.

It will grow. I have big plans and believe me when I say I'm only getting started!

I've learned that the goal isn't to build a successful business at the expense of my life. It's to build something I'm proud of while still being present for the little people I love most.

So maybe my dream is taking a little longer than I originally planned.

And that's okay.
I'm growing at my own pace.

And when the time is right…...

Another BUSY one at Beautiful Chaos— hair, lashes, brows, nails, waxing… and of course, the Blowdry Bar proving to be a massive success! 🥰💇‍♀️

And what better way to sign off than with two lovely little teens treating themselves to a blowdry after school. 💕 They definitely schooled us on the latest trends too… apparently the sleek, smooth look is IN and the big backcombed, “the bigger the better” hair I grew up with is very much OUT! 😂🙈

Honestly, I think they might have a point… although I’ll still be keeping my backcombing comb handy just in case! 🤣

Thank you to every single one of you who kept us so busy today. We’re absolutely loving the chaos! ❤️
