I went for a massage yesterday as I’ve been extremely stressed lately.
The amazing Jack worked his magic over at Jack's Muscle Remedy in Banchory and I surprisingly left feeling relaxed.
Well… that was not the case last night or this morning! 🤣🤣🤣
So a quick 20 mins in the infrared sauna it is before work.
I can see this being my new morning routine. It feels absolutely amazing! 🤩

We are open 10-2pm today.

Our infrared sauna has arrived a lot earlier than expected! 🤩

We’re just waiting on a few more deliveries over the next few days to finish the room and create a lovely, relaxing space for you all.

I’m away for a few days next week at Belladrum, so if all goes to plan (fingers crossed! 🤞), we should be ready to welcome our first appointments from 3rd August.

This new service will be appointment only, with:
