💗💙THIS ONE IS A LITTLE MORE PERSONAL…💙💗

On 18th September, I’m hosting a charity fundraiser for two charities that are incredibly close to my heart — CLAPA (Cleft Lip & Palette Association and CHF.

And the reason these charities mean so much to me is this little boy. ❤️

If you met him today, you probably wouldn’t know the journey he’s been on. His cleft has been repaired, and unless you knew him before his operation, you might not even notice it.

But we know.

We remember the early days. The appointments, the uncertainty, the procedures, the worries and all the emotions that come with watching your little boy go through things you wish you could take away from him.

And although he has already had his cleft repair, his journey isn’t quite finished yet - he still has one more cleft - related surgery ahead of him.

We also remember the amazing people and charities who have been there to support us along the way. ❤️

CLAPA & CHF have both played such an important part in our journey, and that’s why this fundraiser means so much to me. I want to give something back and help other children and families who may be starting the journey that we have already been through.

So on 18th September, we’re going to have a night of fun, music, drinks, raffles and hopefully raise as much money as we possibly can! 🥂🎉

3 whole years of making girls/women feel good about themselves, 3 whole years of building friendships for life, 3 whole years of gossiping sessions, 3 whole years of doing what I love! 🥹

Starting this business up at 6 months postpartum with a 1 year old and a 6 month old I genuinely didn’t think it would of got anywhere. Don’t get me wrong it has been hard and at times I have felt like given up but I’m still here 🤣

This journey wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for the certain family members who watch my kids so I can work after nursery hours etc, my partner who constantly pushes me and believes in me and to PAISLEY | LASHES & BROWS | TRAINING ACADEMY who has been on this journey with me from the start and deals with my breakdowns at least once a week 🫣

I am forever grateful to every single person who has walked through my door old and new, who have choose and trusted me to be their lash tech 🫶🏻

No balloon or cupcake this year as I’ve been busy crying my eyes out about my wee boy graduating that I actually forgot, so this Canva photo will have to do 😅
