If you’re a client who brings your lipstick to your lip blush appointment for inspo and to help me understand your vibe - PERFECT 🤗👄

But don’t panic if you have a wee sneak peak at my pigment pot before we start tattling and think.. ehh that’s not what I was expecting 😂

The pigment pot is made up of different colours, carrier agents etc that all settle into each other to create your bespoke colour 🎨

And once that’s implanted into your lip tissue it can look completely different from what you’re seeing in the pot!

So please don’t panic if you have a wee nosey and think I’ve gone rogue 😂

I promise there’s a method and a deep thought behind it!

First time lip blush for a gorgeous new face 🥰🤍

There already is so much natural volume, so for this appointment we were really focusing on enhancing her natural shape and creating a little more symmetry through the top lip, whilst keeping everything soft and natural.

For her first session, I decided to neutralise the lips rather than going straight in with her desired colour. This allows me to warm the tissue and bring the lips back to their true undertone, giving us the perfect base to work from when we introduce her goal colour at a later stage.

These were an absolute DREAM to tattoo 😍 They took the pigment so well & I’m already dying to see how they heal!

Shelby came to her first appointment with her product already on to show me what her vibe is

She loves brown, n**e tones (especially Mac cork which you can see in the 2nd photo on the border)

I said ABSOLUTELY - but let’s create a mix that will heal slightly warmer to prevent the brown/carbon in the mix from taking over and healing too ashy

When a brown blush is the vibe, I need to alter it to make sure you get a healthy, desirable healed result! Too much black as I’ve said on repeat recently can heal too harsh, so trust me when I say I’m gonna create a mix that’s still your vibe, but just a different flavour of it 😇

For the top-up, Shelby asked for it to be deeper, so again I said absolutely - but I’m gonna tweak the mix again, with lots of warm colourant to further insure a smashing healed result again, and one that will age beautifully over time ❤️‍🔥
