Let's talk about something that doesn't get discussed enough when it comes to dandruff.
Most people reach for an anti-dandruff shampoo, and while it can help manage symptoms, it isn't always the full picture.
Dandruff can be triggered or worsened by internal factors. Diet, gut health, stress and hormonal changes all influence how your scalp behaves. If any of these are out of balance, no shampoo alone is going to fully resolve it.
Anti-dandruff products can absolutely be part of the solution, but if you've been using one consistently without the results you'd expect, it might be worth looking a little deeper.
A healthy scalp starts from within just as much as what you apply to it.
