this is a different post from me today. this is full of raw emotion and a feeling of being lost. since having sepsis in April my life has been turnt upside down. I experience weakness and shaking in my hands 24/7. being a hairdresser who laughed and enjoyed every second of my job to now being like this has took a dramatic turn on my mental health. it's effecting me in everyday activities. the most it's effecting my work. my capabilities to do my job. im putting this out there for awareness. for the raw projection in how I am now and I I used to be. I'll be taking a step back from a few things, in services I can offer. after the week I've had I need to be honest with myself and my clients on what I can achieve.

The biggest impact is with feedin braids. I'm trying my hardest, talking to myself, moving my fingers to hold the hair as if my brain has a blockage on what im meant to be doing. Today i have a set of feedins but for now, this will be my last set. The weakness is so bad, I just can't offer this as a service right now.
Special occasion styling and haircuts, shockingly, aren't too bad. I just need people to have patience with me when doing a more delicate style.
I know this isn't ideal, not for you and not for me. Which is why im posting this. Ive been an emotional wreck. Doctors and hospital are working out what's wrong with me and what I can do to improve. But for now, please bare with me. Don't give up on me. I don't want to give up on what I love.

Yesterday's beautiful bride 👰‍♂ ✨️ was an absolute pleasure getting her ready for her big day. She looked incredible
