So after completing my HIEMT training yesterday I popped in to Bicester to do a little shopping. Boss was very disappointed that there was nothing in the bags for him 😂😂😂

I just wanted to pop on and apologise to loyal customers for the disruption in appointments the last couple of months. As most of you know I hurt my back and have been in severe pain. My biggest treatment is the Body contouring and weightloss treatments and this was causing strain on my back.
