Ghosting - it's a 'thing'
We have had a huge increase in people booking appointments and then not showing up. When you call them to ask if they'd like to rearrange - they don't answer or get back to you. Clearly having no intention of using the slot at all, so why book it in the first place??

The impact on our business is huge! we still have to pay our bills, overheads and staff, small businesses are being crucified with increased costs and are struggling to survive on a daily basis as it is.

Please don't be offended if you are asked to leave a deposit when you book your appointment in the salon, that way we are both making a commitment to secure that time for you. This policy will be implemented as from today.
