There are a lot of injectors.
There are far fewer who’ll tell you not to have a treatment. That’s exactly who I’d choose (for that reason and a few more…).
Swipe through for the things I’d look for if I was choosing someone to trust with my own face. 🤍
Save this for later - you’ll thank yourself before your next consultation.

The conversation the aesthetics industry needs to have.
There is no such thing as a “non-surgical” facelift. If you want a facelift result, we can definitely get you closer to how you want to look, but no amount of filler can replace surgery.
“I hate these lines…”
The problem isn’t always the line. The best treatment plans involve assessing at why it’s appeared in the first place - not just where you can see it.
Sometimes the answer isn’t more filler in the crease. It’s restoring support elsewhere to bring balance back to the face.
That’s the difference between treating a symptom and treating the cause.

OZEMPIC FACE | PART ONE
Everyone’s talking about Ozempic face, but most people are only telling half the story.
Yes, weight loss reduces facial volume. But that’s not the whole picture. GLP-1 medications may also affect collagen production and your skin’s ability to repair and regenerate. That’s why the changes we see aren’t simply “fat loss”, they’re often multifactorial.
This isn’t about scaring anyone away from GLP-1 medications. They can be genuinely life-changing. It’s about understanding what’s happening to the face, so we can treat it properly, which is exactly what we can do in-clinic.
In Part Two, I’ll explain what actually works to restore and support the face while using GLP-1 medications. Follow along so you don’t miss it. 💉✨
“I woke up one day and didn’t recognise the person in the mirror.”
If you’ve ever felt this way during perimenopause or menopause, you’re not imagining it.
During the menopause transition, women can lose up to 30% of their collagen in just five years. Falling oestrogen levels also reduce hyaluronic acid in the skin, contributing to dryness, loss of elasticity, sagging and volume loss.
Understanding why these changes happen is the first step towards addressing them.
If you’ve noticed changes in your face, skin quality or overall appearance during menopause, book a consultation to discuss the options available to you (and there are many) 🤍✨

…and a Diet Coke.
“If you’ve been told one vial of Sculptra will rejuvenate your whole face, keep watching…”
One of the biggest misconceptions about Sculptra is that it’s a one-off treatment. But in reality, the best results come from taking a long-term approach and using enough product to create meaningful collagen stimulation.
Of course, every face is different. Your facial structure, degree of volume loss, skin quality and goals all play a role and this is what I assess during consultation.
When I recommend Sculptra, I’m not thinking about what will look good next week. I’m thinking about what will look good in 1, 2 and 5 years time. Because the goal is healthy collagen, gradual rejuvenation and results that continue to improve with time.

Sarah had already tried antibiotics, hormonal treatments and multiple skincare products before she came to see me.
The turning point wasn’t finding a miracle product. It was having a personalised treatment plan.
Six months later, her skin is healthier, clearer, and most importantly, her confidence is back. ✨
If you’re struggling with acne, please don’t assume you just need to “try harder” or buy another product. The right treatment plan can make all the difference. Pop us a DM or book a free in-person or online consultation via the website.
Aisling popped back in this week for her filler review and top-up…a full year after her last treatment 🤩
One of the biggest misconceptions about aesthetics is that it requires constant maintenance. In reality, when treatment is planned properly and tailored to the individual, filler can often last 12–18 months before a top-up is needed.
For , this appointment wasn’t about changing anything dramatically. It was simply about maintaining the beautiful result she already had and making a few subtle refinements. 🫶🏼

“Will the treatment hurt?”
It’s one of the most common questions I get asked in clinic.
The reality is that most aesthetic treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, are performed using very fine needles and are much more comfortable than people expect. In fact, many patients tell me afterwards that the treatment was far easier than they had imagined.
At my clinic, patient comfort is always a priority. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, explained thoroughly, and carried out using gentle techniques, or with numbing cream and local anaesthetic if requested, to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
Nothing to worry about 🫶🏽
