The whole journey is a challenging one isnt it 😩 everything changes & you have to try & understand those changes 🤯 physically & mentally with mostly your own research 😕

Today we had a Menopause Masterclass to deepen our understanding on how our hair & skin change during this time & how to adapt our Sugaring treatments for these hormonal changes.
I have been Sugaring for 13 years & my reason for taking this on in my Studio was because of how gentle it is on the skin compared to other forms of hair removal & it continues to show me especially at this time of life how gentle & successful it is in removing hair & caring for my clients skin.
