Please be as organised as possible with your Summer appointments and especially if you’re going away on holiday. 🌞

We don’t want anyone to be disappointed and not be able to get in when they want for what they want. This is an extremely busy time of year for us.

Also be aware that only certain therapists do certain treatments, for example only Jessica & Nicole do sugaring so these appointments need booked in further in advance to avoid disappointment.

PATCH TESTS - Please remember to call in for a patch test if you are a new client (or haven’t been in for a long time) and have booked in for HD brows, brow or lash tinting, lash lifts, brow lamination or henna brows. These treatments will not be able to be carried out unless a patch test has been done. Online booking will always prompt you to call in for a patch test and we will always advise on the phone to do so if you’re a new client or it has been a long time since your last visit with us.

SHELLAC SOAK OFFS - soak offs need to be booked in to your appointment if you need one. These take 20-25mins extra and we may not have time to remove nails and do a fresh set if you haven’t booked in your soak off as well. Online booking gives an option of ‘Soak off & reapplication shellac’ so please choose this service if needed. We do not remove BIAB or any other forms of gel.
