🌑 The Day After the Eclipse...

Well, how are we all feeling today? Because I don't know about anyone else, but I'm definitely feeling a bit of an eclipse hangover! 😂

Eclipses have fascinated humans for thousands of years. Long before we understood the astronomy behind them, they were seen as omens, messages from the Gods, warnings of change - there are even ancient stories of dragons and other creatures swallowing the Sun.

These days, of course, we know exactly what's happening up there. We understand the movement of the Earth and Moon, we can predict an eclipse years in advance, and we can tell you almost to the minute when it's going to begin and end.

But standing outside yesterday and actually watching the Moon move across the Sun still felt pretty bloody magical.

And it got me thinking. Just because we understand *how* something happens, does that really have to take away the mystery of experiencing it?

I can understand the astronomy behind an eclipse and still be completely awestruck by it. I can believe in science and still be fascinated by astrology, intuition, energy and all the things we don't completely understand.

Perhaps we don't always have to choose between knowing and wondering. Maybe there's room for both.

Anyway, that's my slightly philosophical thought for the day after the eclipse. 😂 Did you manage to watch it yesterday? And did anyone else wake up this morning feeling like they'd been out on the lash with the Moon? 🌑✨

"I don't really have a question... does that matter?"

Not at all.

Some people come with a specific question about relationships, work or the path they're walking.

Others simply know that something feels unsettled, but can't quite put it into words.

That's absolutely okay.

A reading isn't a test, and there are no right or wrong questions.

Sometimes the cards reveal the question before they reveal the answer.

They have a wonderful way of bringing clarity to the things we've been feeling but haven't yet been able to express.

You don't need to have all the answers before you arrive.

Sometimes, all you need is an open mind and a willingness to explore.
